TL;DR
Future Talent Programme (Studio Runner/Lead Runner/Operations Trainee): Provide critical support to studio teams ensuring first-class production experiences with an accent on customer service, operations, and administrative tasks. Focus on setting up client areas, coordinating activities, tracking billing, and delivering reports in a fast-paced film and TV studio environment.
Location: Onsite at Studios Elstree, Borehamwood (Hertfordshire, UK). Preference for candidates local within 10-mile radius or Hertfordshire; 18+ only due to health & safety regulations.

What you will do
- Support studio teams as Studio Runner: set up/clear client areas, provide administrative and production runner services, move furniture/equipment.
- As Lead Runner: attend meetings, coordinate client areas, track activity/billing, prepare reports, support other runners.
- As Operations/Client Services Trainee: deliver client experiences via admin/scheduling support, update info, track activity/billing, prepare reports (mainly desk-based).
- Participate in 12-month paid placement with goal setting and development support from Talent Manager.
Requirements
- 18 years or older due to health & safety for lone/young workers.
- Passion for Film & TV production.
- Outstanding customer service attitude, friendly, positive, proactive.
- Work effectively in team and independently.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environment.
- For Lead Runner/Trainee: proven related industry experience and customer service/people skills.
Nice to have
- Driving license.
