What you will do

• Own daily project running from pre-production planning and scheduling to shoot logistics and post-production delivery.
• Handle client and talent communications, join calls, draft updates, chase feedback, and flag issues.
• Participate in brainstorm sessions, develop creative concepts into shootable treatments.
• Track budgets, prepare draft budgets, manage quotes and expenses.
• Coordinate props, gear, and assets with production and art teams.
• Serve as on-set point of contact ensuring smooth operations for talent, crew, and clients.
• Manage post-production tracking, edit notes, feedback rounds, and file handoffs.

Requirements

• 1+ years in fast-paced production environment (agency, studio, or freelance)
• Previous experience as Assistant Producer or similar required
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle required
• Super organised, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, proactive communicator.
• Understanding of production workflows from call sheets to camera kits.
• Comfortable with production tools and software, adaptable in collaborative environment.
