hirify.global is a healthcare brand providing personalized care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss, and TRT for over 1 million members in the UK, Germany, and Brazil.

What you will do

  • Plan, shoot, and edit social-first video content designed for paid and organic channels.
  • Collaborate with production teams to maximize shoots and repurpose content across multiple formats.
  • Deliver performance-ready edits including color grading, sound design, captioning, and basic motion graphics.
  • Create optimized cut-downs, hooks, and variations for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Translate complex or sensitive medical topics into clear and human visual stories.
  • Manage video assets and project files to ensure accessibility for future iteration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in videography and editing with a portfolio of social-first or performance-driven content.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Sony cameras (FX6, FX3 or A7S III), lighting, and audio fundamentals.
  • Deep understanding of video performance and trends across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Ability to work with UGC and patient-filmed footage while maintaining production standards.
  • Must be based in London for hybrid work.
