What you will do

• Own end-to-end video production for editorial, social, studio, and sponsored content.
• Edit game recaps, player highlights, and VO-driven videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Write scripts and create original storytelling content for high school sports.
• Manage distribution and playlists on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
• Produce the MaxPreps Podcast and create supporting visuals in Adobe Photoshop.
• Lead larger productions and manage freelance editors and producers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of video production and editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
• Must be able to travel to events and work on-site when required.
• Comfort being on camera and recording voiceovers.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience with Final Cut.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance video production and workflows.
