What you will do

• Partner with clients to understand their business and investment processes and provide solutions using hirify.global products.
• Provide support for hirify.global applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes.
• Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at training seminars.
• Gather intelligent product feedback and act as an advocate on behalf of the client to Product Development.
• Build deep client relationships by developing client-focused processes and solutions.
• Promote high user adoption by implementing product-based workflows and providing necessary training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree conferred by May 2026.
• Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams.
