What you will do

• Act as a day-to-day extension of senior management by handling follow-ups, prioritization, and closing loops.
• Convert ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable plans with defined timelines and owners.
• Develop and manage internal operating rhythms, including weekly priorities, reporting, and documentation.
• Drive special cross-functional projects spanning operations, finance, recruiting, and communications.
• Identify recurring friction in team processes and implement scalable fixes to improve execution speed.
• Coordinate across internal teams and time zones (SF/Berlin) to ensure tight communication and alignment.
