TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London (Hammersmith), minimum 4 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Design key company management infrastructure, including performance management, compensation, and hiring practices.
• Develop organizational design, goal setting, and KPI planning strategies.
• Lead special initiatives such as funding rounds and resolving product performance issues.
• Oversee specific business areas to provide performance insights to the Founder.
• Build the internal infrastructure necessary to allow the company to scale.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or a fast-growing technology company.
• STEM or highly quantitative degree from a globally recognized university.
• Proactive self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and executing ideas from scratch.
• Ability to deliver strong results and impact business decisions.
