What you will do

• Own the onboarding of new trading venues from initial setup through to production readiness
• Coordinate across internal teams and external counterparties to drive integrations forward
• Manage relationships with third-party providers and ensure delivery against timelines
• Build internal tools and automated workflows to streamline operational processes
• Identify and remove blockers that could delay trading readiness

Requirements

• Experience working on exchange onboarding, trading operations, or similar infrastructure (1-3yrs exp)
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows
• Ability to operate independently in low-structure environments
• Comfort working with external partners and managing delivery
• Based in USA or Canada

Nice to have

• Exposure to automation or AI-driven tooling is beneficial
