What you will do

• Monitor trading platforms in real time to ensure uptime, execution quality, and pricing accuracy.
• Manage liquidity feeds and optimize routing and aggregation settings to maintain competitive spreads.
• Monitor client exposure and overall risk, supporting hedging strategies and identifying trading abuse.
• Handle the full trade lifecycle, including adjustments, corrections, and dispute investigations.
• Act as the first responder for trading-related incidents and coordinate resolution with technical teams and providers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in trading operations, dealing desk, or a brokerage environment.
• Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets.
• Experience and familiarity with trading platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Availability for shift-based work aligned with global market hours.
