Content Designer (SEO, GEO & AI): Designing content systems and optimizing content for global search visibility and AI-powered platforms with an accent on structured content, metadata, and schema markup. Focus on modeling content for LLM consumption and continuously optimizing content based on performance data.

What you will do

• Design content systems that support omnichannel delivery and machine readability.
• Implement structured content using metadata, tagging, and schema markup.
• Develop SEO and GEO-informed content frameworks.
• Optimize content for visibility across AI-powered platforms.
• Measure content performance and improve intent alignment.
• Maintain documentation, governance frameworks, and scalable content models.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy.
• Strong expertise in SEO fundamentals and modern semantic search.
• Experience working with global content (GEO) and localization workflows.
• Comfortable working with structured content, metadata, and Headless CMS environments.
• Proven ability to design scalable content systems and patterns.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with schema markup / structured data (JSON-LD).
• Familiarity with writing content for AI/LLM consumption or retrieval.
• Experience partnering with developers and CMS teams on content model design.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), plain language, and inclusive design.
• Experience working in complex, multi-market organizations.
