What you will do

• Lead content delivery for complex web and native app journeys to ensure consistency and high-quality experiences.
• Own and drive the digital content strategy for your portfolio, aligning with business and product objectives.
• Champion the customer voice by using research, analytics, and performance data to inform design decisions.
• Develop and mentor content designers, setting clear craft standards and supporting professional growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, and Legal to shape cohesive solutions.
• Drive AI-enabled content design initiatives, including the use of LLMs to improve speed and consistency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from offices in London/Osterley or Leeds.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring content designers within large-scale digital products.
• Advanced expertise in UX writing, inclusive design, and accessibility standards.
• Strong proficiency with design and collaboration tools like Figma and Confluence.
• Demonstrable experience using research methods and performance data to validate content effectiveness.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
