What you will do

• Proofread and edit documents for clarity, flow, grammar, and tone.
• Create original content like articles, brochures, flyers, and webpages based on technical briefs.
• Update editorial plans, track requests and publications, and report quarterly.
• Collaborate with ESA technical officers and digital marketing teams on campaigns.
• Research audiences, write compelling copy, and manage campaign KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Outreach, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office automation tools
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to communicate with industry counterparts and handle high workloads.
• Capacity for priority actions, autonomy, flexibility, and team spirit.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ESA working environment.
• Familiarity with outreach activities in science and technology.
