What you will do

• Research and produce short-form, high-value content such as interactive landing pages, one-pagers, and video scripts.
• Develop thought leadership content that positions hirify.global as an industry authority.
• Create high-performing social content with strong visual and video elements.
• Collaborate with the Growth team to create content that drives measurable demand generation performance.
• Adapt content strategy for cultural differences across the UK, France, Germany, and Spain.
• Conduct regular customer interviews and stakeholder conversations to fuel content strategy.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns across multiple formats (social, website, OOH).
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different contexts and audiences.
• Strong research skills with the ability to distill complex topics into accessible content.
• Track record of creating content that drives measurable demand generation performance.
• Understanding of cultural differences and content preferences across European markets.

• B2C background or experience as a content creator.
• Native or fluent proficiency in German, French, or Spanish.
