TL;DR

Content Designer (AI Specialist): Defining AI content standards, leading on personalization, and enhancing content creation using LLMs and AI tools with an accent on metadata, taxonomies, and schemas. Focus on building AI-powered writing workflows, ensuring quality and safety standards, and balancing human oversight with AI automation.

Location: 2 days a week in London, Victoria

What you will do

  • Define metadata, taxonomies, and schemas that support AI retrieval, RAG pipelines, and vector search.
  • Design and document content standards for conversational, generative, and AI-driven UX patterns.
  • Build and test AI-powered writing workflows using LLMs, copilots, and automation tools.
  • Create repeatable templates, frameworks, and patterns for scalable AI-generated content.
  • Run experiments comparing human, AI-assisted, and hybrid content approaches.

Requirements

  • Portfolio required: Please include case studies/examples demonstrating the impact of AI-driven content solutions.
  • 7+ years’ experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy.
  • Strong hands-on experience using LLMs/AI tools for content creation and workflow optimisation.
  • Ability to design prompts, templates, and structured content formats.
  • Experience with headless CMS and API-driven content systems.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (engineering, data science, research).

Nice to have

  • Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, or knowledge graphs.
  • Familiarity with prompt evaluation frameworks and model assessment.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts.
