Graduate Product Operations Associate: Supporting the Product organization by strengthening systems, tools, and rituals that keep teams aligned and moving forward with an accent on workflows, information flow, and day-to-day operations. Location: You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our St Gallen office once a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.

What you will do

• Manage access and permissions across product tools and improve workflows through integrations and automation.
• Maintain visibility over tooling contracts and renewal timelines to support better planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate procurement processes by raising purchase orders, supporting business cases, and collaborating with Finance, Security, Legal, and IT.
• Help organize and run key product rituals, including Product All Hands, retrospectives, planning cycles, and Product Nudges.
• Support documentation and knowledge management by structuring, tagging, and maintaining content teams rely on.
• Organize product team events and initiatives that strengthen connection and engagement in St. Gallen.
