What you will do

• Drive operational excellence across the Payments product area to solve systemic challenges.
• Optimize at scale using advanced data analysis and AI to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Balance internal teams’ operational needs with broader business objectives, ensuring efficiency gains never sacrifice the end-user experience.
• Identify and mitigate operational, security, financial, and compliance risks across the product area.
• Work with stakeholders across the company and third parties to define goals and execute plans.
• Mentor and lead junior team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a tech-driven operations role (5+ years in tech).
• Experience in the Payments or Fintech space.
• Proficiency in using advanced data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Proven ability to design and optimize complex end-to-end processes.
• Comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments and identifying financial or operational risks.
• Ability to influence across functions, evaluate requests based on clear prioritization.
