Account Manager (Fintech)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; remote work

Salary: €2,600–€3,400 gross per month plus uncapped performance-based bonuses

hirify.global builds payment infrastructure technology for payment service providers, connecting customers to SEPA, SWIFT, TARGET2, and other payment systems through a single API.

What you will do

• Build strong customer relationships and drive long-term client success.
• Onboard new clients and help them achieve successful adoption of the product.
• Identify churn risks, improve customer health scores, and reduce revenue loss.
• Increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion strategies.
• Collect customer case studies and testimonials.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in finance, payments, or SaaS is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with upselling, cross-selling, and expansion strategies.
• Strategic, data-driven, proactive, and adaptable approach.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
