What you will do

• Develop mechanical architectures from the ground up.
• Take technical ownership of the overall system, sub-system(s), or individual components.
• Lead interactions with partner teams, including industrial design, program management, operations, quality, and manufacturing.
• Manage detailed design, CAD database, design validation, and issue tracking.
• Anticipate and plan for future challenges in manufacturing.
• Map out engineering activities and identify dependencies.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading mechanical design for high-volume small consumer products.
• Strong foundation in the first principles of mechanical design and best practices.
• Independent and self-motivated with outstanding communication skills.
• Interest and passion for gaming experience, digital entertainment, consumer electronics, and technology is vital.
