What you will do

• Drive new product development and innovation for PC and console gaming controllers.
• Develop product architectures and electro-mechanical proof-of-concepts.
• Collaborate with industrial designers and cross-functional teams to transition products from concept to mass production.
• Perform detailed 3D design, 2D documentation, and tolerance analysis for complex assemblies.
• Utilize simulation tools like FEA and dFMEA to ensure robust design and reliability.
• Interact with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality engineering groups to define processes and tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design for high-volume consumer electronics.
• Fluent in Pro/Engineer or similar 3D CAD software with advanced surfacing skills.
• Strong knowledge of plastics injection moulding, tooling, and assembly processes.
• Proficiency in ANSYS simulation software.
• Good command of English (writing and speaking).

Nice to have

• Communication skills in Mandarin.
