• Own and execute critical territory and account plans, exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets.
• Lead complex customer engagements, connecting business units to solidify platform sales.
• Serve as hirify.global's leading voice on digital transformation, identifying opportunities within broader market trends.
• Define team goals and metrics each quarter, addressing roadblocks to achieve results with maximum efficiency.
• Proactively address internal and external needs, driving urgency across the department and company to offer solutions that optimize efficiency.
• Bring in diverse perspectives to address current and future problems, contributing to the greater good of hirify.global.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions in a B2B enterprise model, consistently exceeding quota.
• In-depth knowledge of hirify.global's product suite and the broader security landscape.
• Mastery in understanding Customer Enterprise Architecture and mapping hirify.global solutions to complex business models.
• Proven ability to apply and manage executive sponsorship programs, engaging directly with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs.
• Exceptional strategic communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree required, with an MBA or advanced technical degree highly preferred.
