Salary: $350,000- $380,000 (base/variable)

What you will do

• Own and execute critical territory and account plans, exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets.
• Lead with accuracy in forecasting and demonstrate mastery of proactive pipeline management.
• Lead complex customer engagements across business units, solidifying platform sales.
• Serve as hirify.global's voice on digital transformation, engaging deeply with customers.
• Define team goals and metrics each quarter, reviewing results and addressing roadblocks.
• Address internal and external needs, driving urgency across the department and company to offer solutions that optimize efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions in a B2B enterprise model.
• In-depth knowledge of hirify.global's product suite and the broader security landscape.
• Mastery in understanding Customer Enterprise Architecture and mapping hirify.global solutions to business models and cloud operating environments.
• Proven ability to manage executive sponsorship programs, engaging directly with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs.
• Exceptional strategic communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree required, with an MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
