What you will do
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with airline partners to understand their needs and opportunities in the fintech space.
- Lead the development and launch of new fintech products for airlines, aligning with their goals and success metrics.
- Optimize existing fintech products to meet evolving business needs and maximize ancillary revenue opportunities.
- Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance and optimize product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in the fintech and travel industries to identify new opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Creativity and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities in the fintech and travel spaces.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with airline operations, challenges, and revenue streams, or previous experience working within the airline industry is a strong plus.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English. The ability to communicate effectively with ME and NA partners and stakeholders is crucial.
