Business Operations Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Base salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year; stock options may be offered in addition.

Deploy is an AI intelligence infrastructure platform providing developers and enterprises with access to open-source and proprietary AI models, including optimized model inference and solutions for content safety, deepfake detection, sponsorship intelligence, and IP and publicity protection.

What you will do

• Lead business operations activities by setting achievable short-term and long-term goals.
• Implement reporting systems and productivity goals, ensuring metrics are useful, visible, and streamlined.
• Plan, coordinate, manage, and execute client projects in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
• Improve and optimize existing procedures, systems, and processes.
• Manage risk and security for the business function in coordination with the Security Team.
• Support company growth as a generalist by anticipating challenges, handling changing priorities, and maintaining information-protection practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of work experience at a top consulting or banking organization.
• Strong leadership history, including initiative and the ability to manage others in ways that promote growth and efficiency.
• Client-facing experience and the ability to engage with customers when necessary.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and dynamic priorities.
• Energetic, resourceful, driven, and able to take ownership in an unstructured environment.
