Technical Project Manager – Human Capital (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Annual base salary: $180,000–$230,000, plus variable compensation including a year-end bonus.

hirify.global is an investment and technology organization whose Human Capital Products team develops technology to optimize human capital processes, integrate AI, and support data-driven talent decisions.

What you will do

• Drive stakeholder alignment to develop and implement the Human Capital recruiting platform, processes, and related technology.
• Define project scope and timelines, create detailed plans, and coordinate cross-functional delivery using AI tools.
• Track milestones, report progress to leadership, communicate across teams, and address risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Guide AI-enabled recruiting tools from roadmap through user pilots, refinement, adoption, and scaling across the hiring process.
• Apply agile project management techniques to evolving priorities, ambiguity, and execution.
• Partner with Human Capital Products leadership on chief-of-staff activities, planning cycles, operating rhythms, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of technical project or program management experience with technology platforms or infrastructure.
• Experience managing large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, provide advisory support, drive execution and results, and contribute directly through a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including translating business needs into actionable plans and facilitating collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Flexibility and willingness to contribute directly in complex environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in chief-of-staff or operational roles.
• Curiosity about AI tools and interest in experimenting with them; prior hands-on AI experience is welcome but not required.
• Exposure to human capital or recruiting processes.
