Part Time Real Estate Instructor - Hondros

Location: Toledo, OH; hybrid work with required onsite classroom and Zoom instruction

What you will do

• Teach assigned real estate courses according to the course plan and provided materials.
• Engage students through insightful lessons, real-world examples, and answers to their questions.
• Recommend strategies that help students meet course objectives.
• Deliver instruction onsite and through Zoom using webinar and livestreaming technology.
• Participate in faculty curriculum and ad hoc meetings.

Requirements

• Active real estate salesperson or broker license required.
• Three to five years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney required.
• Ability to teach in an onsite classroom and via Zoom required.
• Daytime availability is required starting in September. Evening and weekend classes may also be available.
• Computer with an HD camera and microphone, plus a quiet dedicated office with a reliable internet connection, for livestream instruction.

Nice to have

• DREI certification.
• Previous instruction or training experience.
