TL;DR

Location: On-site in New York City

Salary: $90K – $120K

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships across multiple DTC e-commerce accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Own communication cadence, including status updates, reporting, and client calls.
  • Partner with CRO and growth teams to support experimentation programs, including A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Translate testing results and performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Build and deliver client-facing presentations, reports, and decks that communicate performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client strategy, digital marketing, or analytics—preferably in a client-facing agency or DTC environment.
  • Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence client decisions.
  • Comfort working with data, performance metrics, and experimentation results (A/B testing exposure required).
  • Ability to translate data into clear narratives and client-friendly recommendations.
  • Understanding of e-commerce, UX, and conversion optimization fundamentals.
