Account Strategist (Ecommerce): Managing and growing a portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce clients with an accent on client relationships, communication, and delivery across multiple accounts. Location: On-site in New York City

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day client relationships across multiple DTC e-commerce accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Own communication cadence, including status updates, reporting, and client calls.
- Partner with CRO and growth teams to support experimentation programs, including A/B and multivariate testing.
- Translate testing results and performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Build and deliver client-facing presentations, reports, and decks that communicate performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, client strategy, digital marketing, or analytics—preferably in a client-facing agency or DTC environment.
- Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence client decisions.
- Comfort working with data, performance metrics, and experimentation results (A/B testing exposure required).
- Ability to translate data into clear narratives and client-friendly recommendations.
- Understanding of e-commerce, UX, and conversion optimization fundamentals.
