Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead the development of influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
- Build and nurture senior client relationships, positioning the company as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Oversee execution of multiple campaigns, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables from kickoff to wrap.
- Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and Coordinators, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Social, Strategy, Product, and Sales to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within accounts to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management.
- Proven ability to lead client strategy and deliver results against brand objectives.
- Strong management experience, including coaching and day-to-day team leadership.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, influencer best practices, and FTC compliance requirements.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance into actionable insights.
- Must be based in or able to work in Boston, MA.
