What you will do

  • Develop and lead influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor for enterprise brands.
  • Oversee the full execution of multiple campaigns, ensuring quality, compliance with FTC guidelines, and business impact.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Coordinators, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Strategy, Product, and Sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management.
  • Proven track record of leading client strategy and driving account growth.
  • Strong management experience, including team leadership and performance reviews.
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms and influencer compliance requirements.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate KPIs into actionable insights.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.
