What you will do
- Develop and lead influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
- Manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor for enterprise brands.
- Oversee the full execution of multiple campaigns, ensuring quality, compliance with FTC guidelines, and business impact.
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Coordinators, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Strategy, Product, and Sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management.
- Proven track record of leading client strategy and driving account growth.
- Strong management experience, including team leadership and performance reviews.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms and influencer compliance requirements.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate KPIs into actionable insights.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.
