What you will do

  • Lead CRO strategy and execution for multiple DTC e-commerce accounts, from audits and roadmaps to A/B testing and reporting.
  • Design and implement experimentation programs including A/B and multivariate testing, analyzing user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Establish KPIs and create testing roadmaps for advertising and websites.
  • Own client relationships end-to-end, serving as the primary strategic partner and providing expert guidance on CRO methodologies.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and decks that translate data into clear business recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years experience as a product manager, UI/UX designer, CRO Strategist or data analyst, preferably at a DTC brand or client facing agency.
  • Proven experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify friction points, translate data into actionable insights, and make sound recommendations.
  • Deep experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including test design and analysis.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, consumer psychology, and UX/UI principles that drive conversions.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence client decisions.
