TL;DR

Sr. Conversion Rate Optimization Strategist (Ecommerce): Leading CRO strategy and execution for DTC e-commerce clients using generative AI and data pipelines with an accent on A/B testing and data storytelling. Location: Must be based in New York City (Office-first culture, 4 days/week in Midtown Manhattan)

Salary: $90,000 – $150,000

What you will do

  • Lead CRO strategy and execution for multiple DTC e-commerce accounts, from audits and roadmaps to A/B testing and reporting.
  • Design and implement experimentation programs, including A/B and multivariate testing, to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Establish KPIs and create testing roadmaps for advertising campaigns, landing pages, and website conversion flows.
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for clients, providing expert guidance on CRO methodologies and communicating results to stakeholders.
  • Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and develop high-quality client-ready decks and presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure a cohesive execution strategy.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, CRO Strategist, or Data Analyst.
  • Proven experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously, preferably at a DTC brand or client-facing agency.
  • Deep expertise in A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including test design and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business narratives and actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, consumer psychology, and UX/UI principles.
  • Ability to work on-site in Midtown Manhattan 4 days per week.
