What you will do

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for executives and VIP clients, including air, hotel, and ground transport.
• Provide expert recommendations aligned with traveler preferences and company policy.
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed and precision.
• Manage multiple communication channels in a fast-paced environment.
• Build long-term relationships with executive travelers.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain a high-performance service culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-touch customer service (executive travel, hospitality, luxury brands).
• Strong understanding of contact center performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication skills with a polished and discreet style.
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Spanish speaking
