What you will do

• Plan, authorize, and release flights in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Analyze weather, traffic, field conditions, and other factors for safest and most economical routes.
• Compute fuel loads based on aircraft type, distance, maintenance, and weather.
• Monitor flight progress and collaborate with the Captain until arrival.
• Communicate effectively and follow emergency procedures.
• Prepare and sign dispatch releases for legal authorization.
• Participate in training on aircraft systems, policies, and regulations.

Requirements

• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months as Aircraft Dispatcher (education and experience considered).
• At least 23 years old. Willing to relocate to Salt Lake City, Utah. US work authorization required. Valid passport.
• Stable employment history.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
