Location: Hybrid (London or Manchester). Predominantly home‑based with quarterly team meet‑ups.

What you will do

• Report, track, and measure B2B marketing campaigns using CRM systems, Power BI, GA4, and other tools.
• Translate data into actionable insights for sales and customer engagement activities.
• Share updates and performance information with sales teams and stakeholders.
• Provide day‑to‑day commercial and administrative support and manage Account Manager queries.
• Support cross‑team projects, track progress, and present performance updates via Microsoft Teams.
• Ensure activity complies with Bauer brand guidelines, OFCOM standards, and GDPR.

Requirements

• Experience with analytics/reporting tools such as GA4 or Power BI.
• Understanding of marketing and advertising environments.
• Familiarity with CRM system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in media or B2B environments.
• Experience presenting insights to non‑technical audiences.
