Location: Hybrid in Berlin or London. Currently unable to offer relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain SEM performance dashboards using Tableau or Looker for both high-level reporting and deep troubleshooting.
- Leverage the Google Ads API to extract granular data at keyword, search term, and audience levels.
- Integrate ad platform data with internal metrics to connect paid search activity to real downstream business outcomes.
- Design, track, and document A/B tests to translate analytical findings into actionable campaign recommendations.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including keyword research and bid management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data/marketing analytics or SEM roles with a focus on reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy) for manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker for data visualization.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads metrics and paid search contexts.
- Must have the right to work in Germany or the UK without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Academic background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Practical familiarity with the Google Ads API.
- Experience or interest in utilizing AI for data automation and analysis.
