What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
• Coordinate with global engineering teams and local stakeholders.
• Oversee contractors, suppliers, and internal resources, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and KPIs, applying corrective actions.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting to senior leadership.
• Build strong cross-functional collaboration with hirify.global Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, ideally with greenfield projects.
• Solid knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams with autonomy and accountability.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Advanced English (mandatory); Portuguese required; Spanish or French desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across cultures and stakeholder levels.
