Location: Remote - Nationwide

Salary: $215,000.00 - $311,750.00

What you will do

• Define and deliver a global investment data strategy aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Design scalable data architecture and sourcing approaches to meet business needs.
• Guide the roadmap for data platforms, reporting, analytics, and self-service tools.
• Oversee daily operations of the investment data platform to meet service expectations.
• Partner with regional teams to align data practices and share solutions.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching and clear goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of experience in data, analytics, or investment-related roles.
• Experience developing and delivering data strategies at scale.
• Strong understanding of investment data, workflows, and business processes.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent across functions or regions.

Nice to have

• CFA or progress toward certification.
• Experience building or modernizing investment data platforms.
• Background in data architecture, engineering, or advanced analytics.
• Experience with self-service analytics and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data environments and modern data stacks.
