Salary: $156,000–$187,000 USD (US-based candidates only)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain reliable data models transforming raw data into business-ready datasets.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable KPIs and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain metrics definitions, semantic layers, and data documentation for consistency.
• Build, optimize, and test dbt models ensuring clean, reliable, and trusted data.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance in all models and pipelines.
• Create dashboards and visualizations empowering data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely from United States, Canada, LATAM, or EMEA regions.
• Over 6 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer.
• Expert-level SQL skills and experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and cloud data warehouses.
• Experience defining KPIs and metrics for business stakeholders.
• Comfort with Python or other scripting languages for data automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI and dashboarding tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI.
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, and documentation tools.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD practices in analytics workflows.
