What you will do
- Contribute to the technical design and roadmap for Salesforce and integrated GTM tools.
- Architect complex, scalable automations and data models that support sophisticated GTM motions.
- Own the DevOps lifecycle, including sandbox management, CI/CD processes, and sophisticated QA/UAT frameworks.
- Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues involving integrations, Apex/Flow conflicts, or data discrepancies.
- Consult with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Lead vendor evaluations and renewals, ensuring the tech stack remains lean and high-ROI.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: 6+ years in Salesforce/Revenue Systems, specifically within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (certified Admin/App Builder/Platform Dev I preferred) with a deep understanding of Flow, complex sharing models, and the "Order of Execution."
- Experience designing systems that integrate via APIs, middleware or native connectors.
- A track record of taking a vague business problem and turning it into a fully deployed technical solution with minimal oversight.
- The ability to explain "why" a certain technical path is necessary to non-technical stakeholders.
