What you will do

• Evaluate incoming requests and define project scope in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Prioritize tasks based on business impact, urgency, and team capacity.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, managing timelines and quality.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and project trade-offs.
• Partner with engineering leads to optimize team workload and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within a tech environment.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding software development processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing requests and make impact-driven decisions.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic technical understanding of web or software development.
