What you will do

• Evaluate incoming requests, define scope, and determine when engineering involvement is required.
• Prioritize tasks and initiatives based on business impact, urgency, and team capacity.
• Own the delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks for engineering teams.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, clearly communicating timelines, trade-offs, and risks.
• Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive initiatives to successful delivery in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within a tech environment.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams and solid understanding of software development processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing requests and make structured, impact-driven decisions.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements (user stories, tickets, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage expectations across multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with marketing or content-related teams.
• Project Management certification (PMI or equivalent).
