What you will do

  • Manage demand planning, inventory tracking, and purchase order execution for key retail accounts.
  • Perform daily analysis of business trends to identify actionable insights and immediate operational adjustments.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication of business issues and requirements.
  • Input forecasts into systems and update data governance for new product additions and price lists.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with customer replenishment teams to review sales performance and supply chain availability.
  • Partner with Account Managers on trade spend management and promotional plan forecasting.

Requirements

  • Language: Fluency in English and Norwegian required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or financial/business analytics within consumer products.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in a deadline-driven role.
