We are seeking a part-time Systems Administrator to support and manage a cloud-based IT environment. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, remote user support, and general systems operations. There are no on-premise or physical hardware responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Administer users, groups, permissions, and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Provide remote technical support and resolve day-to-day system and access issues.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Communicate with users, vendors, and partners as needed.
• Maintain basic system and process documentation.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of virtual servers and virtual machines.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience providing remote systems support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with virtual servers, virtual machines, and basic cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Solid understanding of user management, access control, and identity concepts.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ISO standards or other information security frameworks, audits, or certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
