What you will do

• Serve as the escalation point for complex IT support issues across SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Okta, and Zoom.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of user identities and device endpoints using MDM solutions.
• Coordinate incident response and troubleshooting efforts for IT systems and outages.
• Maintain and audit IT security controls to support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Develop automations to reduce manual effort in provisioning and access management.
• Document standard operating procedures, runbooks, and internal knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• 5+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Administration, or IT Operations.
• Proven experience managing SaaS-heavy environments including IdP tools like Okta.
• Expertise in endpoint management (MDM) for macOS and/or Windows.
• Demonstrated success in incident coordination and IT service reliability.
• Solid understanding of security and compliance concepts in an IT operations context.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.
• Proficiency in automation using Python, Bash, or low-code tools.
• Exposure to EDR, CASB, and other modern security tooling.
• Prior experience participating in SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits.
