What you will do

• Provide remote technical support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), focusing on Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and VPC networking.
• Provision infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager).
• Manage identity and access via GCP IAM, applying best practices for service accounts and least privilege.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and cloud costs using Google Cloud Operations Suite and FinOps principles.
• Administer SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira, and configure hardware including Oculus VR devices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Administrator in a cloud-based environment.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is required.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar tools).
• Deep understanding of GCP IAM, networking (VPCs, VPNs), and compute/storage services.
• Ability to troubleshoot across hardware, software, and cloud systems.
• Must be based in the Greater Vancouver Area.

Nice to have

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Cloud or CompTIA.
• Basic scripting or automation experience.
