IT Analyst (System Engineering)

Location: Hybrid in Medellin, Colombia (required to be at the office minimum 3-4 times per week)

What you will do

• Provide first and second line IT support by triaging tickets and resolving technical issues for internal stakeholders.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, tracking, deployment, and retirement.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, software updates, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability.
• Monitor and manage company assets using RMM and UEM tools and implement MDM solutions.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of staff and maintain relationships with external IT vendors.
• Contribute to the company-wide AI strategy to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT end-user support roles.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux Ubuntu, and macOS.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, Office 365, Adobe, Slack, and Zoom.
• Experience with Patch management, RMM, and UEM tools.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Must be based in Medellin, Colombia.
