What you will do

• Manage, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment.
• Develop and enforce MDM policies and security standards.
• Oversee device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor endpoint compliance and the overall security posture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device, system, and access-related issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems and collaborate on security initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Strong background in Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance frameworks, and device governance.
• Experience with device provisioning and access control.
• Must be based in South Africa or the Philippines.
• Must reliably support Eastern (EST) time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Endpoint Administrator Associate.
