What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and product roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Collaborate with Tech, Project Management, and Design leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates and insights.
- Support employer branding initiatives within the technology and fintech industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably focused on technology, product, project management, and design roles.
- Proven experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition using multiple channels.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Filipino.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, such as technology startups, fintech, e-commerce, or recruitment agencies.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring for crypto, fintech, or e-wallet companies.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
