What you will do

  • Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies to increase adoption and transaction volume for payment products (e.g., QRPH, WebPay).
  • Identify, onboard, and manage merchant, biller, and telco partner relationships; design and run co-marketing campaigns such as cashback promotions and exclusive discounts.
  • Use consumer insights, market data, and competitive intelligence to tailor best practices to the Filipino market.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management: budgeting and planning, creative development, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and Analytics teams to align on growth goals and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines (hybrid work).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, and growth roles in a leading Southeast Asian e-wallet or payments company.
  • Proven track record of building marketing strategies and executing co-marketing campaigns with merchants and partners.
  • Deep understanding of the Philippine digital payments landscape, user behavior, and competitive dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
