What you will do

• Lead and provide visual direction to graphic designers and freelancers on assigned learning projects.
• Translate creative concepts into scalable UI systems and reusable components within Figma.
• Perform final visual quality control, ensuring consistency in typography, spacing, and layout.
• Verify visual accessibility compliance, including color contrast and click target sizes.
• Mentor team members through actionable feedback to elevate overall design craft and technical precision.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Learning Experience Designers, and Technical Leads to execute visual strategies.

Requirements

• Business English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• 8-10 years of professional design experience.
• Must be based in Costa Rica.
• Extensive experience in Art Direction and UI design.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality work samples and visual systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence design quality.
