What you will do

• Review and validate course content for technical accuracy across Voice, Video, Messaging, Network, and AI Studio products.
• Provide context and real-world application examples for certification materials.
• Record screencasts demonstrating key API workflows and integration processes.
• Participate in working sessions and respond to technical questions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Access and review instructional content via Google Docs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Deep hands-on experience building and integrating Vonage API solutions.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, JWT), and webhooks.
• Familiarity with Vonage SDKs (Node.js, Python, Java) and developer tools.
• Strong communication skills for documenting and presenting technical workflows.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex API calls in real-world environments.

Nice to have

• Background in technical training, documentation, or eLearning development.
• Existing Vonage API certification or broad API certifications (Postman, AWS, MuleSoft).
