What you will do
- Define and evolve a standardized global marketing/growth experiment affiliate framework across relevant channels.
- Map out global affiliate marketing strategy initiatives and conduct crypto industry analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Lead growth for new products to drive high-volume revenue and recruit affiliate marketers in top regions.
- Expand global growth channels, evaluating new online and offline opportunities in the EU and key Asian countries.
- Manage the global affiliate expense budget and ensure marketing ROI.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in finance or crypto with a strong network of clients and affiliates in KR, VN, JP, TR, and other top regions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the crypto industry and strong market analysis skills.
- Proficiency in creating promotional plans and utilizing various promotion methods.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Proven track record of leading and managing successful teams.
