What you will do

• Provide high-quality customer support and assistance regarding accounts and transactions.

• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to enhance product efficiency and service solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business, or an equivalent field.
• Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written form.
• Strong planning and analytical skills.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including graveyard and weekend shifts.
• Highly trustworthy, organized, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
